We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our Website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct pricing or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of service to you.
You confirm that the debit or credit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. XIII. CANCELLATIONS:

As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy (below).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge (provided that the item has not been dispatched). We cannot refund any priority, express, expedited or courier component of the postage charge if the item has already been dispatched.
XIV. RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 28 days of purchase along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund personalised items, special orders, or items worn on the body including perfumes, toiletries, except where the item is faulty.
For any product returns, please fill out and submit the Returns section of our Website.
We will only accept returns if the goods are unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned.
All returns are made at customers’ own cost and risk. 1541 London Ltd will refund the postal cost of your returns only if the items are faulty or damaged. We recommend that customers send returns via a Recorded Delivery service, as 1541 London Ltd with not assume responsibility for items lost in transit. Provided goods are returned in their original condition, a full refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of goods to 1541 London Ltd.

XV. LOSSES
